Built an objective picture of a top figure's standing through hypothesis testing

From scattered and contradictory data we built a clear analytical picture for a management decision.

Hypotheses
a testing method rather than a plain dossier
Sources
open and field intelligence
Clarity
a picture ready for decision-making

01Situation

The client needed to understand the real — and rapidly changing — position and business situation of a senior figure. There was plenty of data, but it was scattered, partly contradictory, and some of it deliberately distorted.

A simple "dossier collection" provided no answer: what was needed was interpretation that separates fact from legend.

02Our approach

  • Formulated a set of working hypotheses about the figure's standing.
  • Tested each one through open and field sources, systematically discarding the false ones.
  • Consolidated the confirmed data into a single, consistent picture.

"Data without interpretation is noise. The value comes from a method that separates fact from legend."

03Result

The client received an objective assessment of the standing and risks — enough to make a balanced management decision based on facts rather than rumours.
